These draft terms describe the current enquiry-based website for salons and private clients in Switzerland. They do not establish or prove the scope of any distribution licence; exclusivity is governed by the actual licence agreement.
Section 1 — Products and professional use
The Swiss collection includes Hollywood Keratin and Beverly Hills Treatment. Private clients may purchase, but these are professional products requiring application by a trained hair professional using the current manufacturer instructions. Suitability, ingredients, bottle volume, required shampoo and included items must be confirmed before ordering. Results vary; photographs are examples rather than promises of identical results.
Section 2 — Ordering and customer information
Selecting products or sending the website’s prepared email is a request for information or a quotation. It does not take payment or automatically create an accepted purchase. Product availability and the complete proposed terms are confirmed in writing. A purchase proceeds only when seller and customer agree the essential terms. The customer may correct quantities and contact details before sending the enquiry.
Section 3 — Prices and payments
Each listed treatment is priced at CHF 399 per bottle. The order-request subtotal covers products only. VAT status, any applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total amount payable must be settled and disclosed before acceptance or payment. These details must also be finalised for public consumer price displays. We do not collect payment-card information through these forms. A separate Swiss Original Keratin payment arrangement will be used when enabled;
Section 4 — Delivery in Switzerland
We welcome enquiries from all Swiss cantons. Availability, carrier, shipping charge, delivery address and estimated delivery time are confirmed before an order is accepted. No fixed delivery period or free-shipping promise is made in this draft. If an agreed delivery is delayed, contact Yaroslava so the situation can be addressed.
Section 5 — Returns, refunds and damaged goods
The business’s voluntary cancellation, return and exchange policy is awaiting confirmation and must be provided before agreeing to purchase. No 14-day change-of-mind promise is currently offered. Contact Yaroslava before returning goods to obtain the correct return address and instructions.
Report damaged, incorrect or potentially defective goods promptly, with your order details and appropriate photographs. An unopened-product return policy, if later adopted, must not be confused with rights concerning defective goods. These terms do not waive mandatory customer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 6 — Product information and accuracy
Product descriptions are adapted from supplied brand materials and the manufacturer’s product pages. The original product packaging and brand remain unchanged. Swiss Original Keratin handles Swiss enquiries locally. A distribution licence does not itself certify every product claim, result or endorsement. Treatment-cost calculations use the treatment yield entered by the visitor and exclude other costs; they are not profit guarantees.
Section 7 — Personal information and website content
Personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Brand photographs, logos and materials are subject to the rights of their owners; viewing the website does not give visitors permission to reuse them.
Section 8 — General conditions and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact and order information. Do not use this website to commit fraud, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights or interfere with site security. Product guidance is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s instructions or a trained professional’s assessment.
Section 9 — Third-party tools, changes and responsibilities
External email and hosting services operate under their own terms. We may correct website information and update these terms prospectively, without removing rights under an existing agreed purchase. Website availability and identical treatment results are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, applicable law governs that issue and the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
Section 10 — Governing law and contact
Agreed Swiss purchases are subject to Swiss law, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply. No exclusive court location is imposed by this draft.
